Custom-Match 2K Professional Aerosol Paint

Achieve flawless, factory-matched touch-ups without the hassle of air compressors, spray guns, or messy mixing ratios. This is the exact premium, 2-part (2K) catalyzed paint we use in the Brightside repair shop, loaded into an aerosol can. Perfect for localized repairs on Empacher, Filippi, Vespoli, and more.

Application Method:

1. Prep: Mask off all surrounding areas of the shell to protect from overspray.  Have the surface primed and prepped to at least 400 grit.  Blend area 1000-1500 grit.
   

2. Activate: Press the pin into the bottom of the can to puncture the internal hardener chamber, then shake vigorously.

3. Spray: Apply 2 to 3 light-to-medium coats, allowing 15–20 minutes of flash time between each coat.

4. Cure: Let the paint cure for a full 24 hours before putting the boat back on the water.

Important Warnings & Logistics:

• One-Time Use (Pot Life): This is real catalyzed paint. Once the hardener is activated, you have 24 to 48 hours to use the product before it cures solid inside the can.

• Safety First: You MUST spray in a well-ventilated area or outdoors while wearing a proper organic vapor respirator.

• Fulfillment: To ensure maximum shelf life, every can is mixed fresh-to-order. Please allow a few days for production. Ground shipping only due to hazmat regulations.
